FFJ (Fermented Fruit Juice)

FFJ (Fermented Fruit Juice) is made from up to 3 ripe fruits and organic raw sugar that are fermented 1:1 for ~7 days and then strained into 8oz amber bottles. FFJ is used during the last 3-4 weeks of a plant's life (Enhanced Ripening) to encourage it to ripen and finish up. The enzymatic profile of the ripe fruits in the FFJ act as a signal to the plants to tell them to finish and ripen remaining fruits.

All fruits used to make our FFJs are grown on our farm. This batch is made with Howden Pumpkin, Jarrahdale Pumpkin, and a hybrid butternut/jarrahdale squash from our farm.



1:500 or 8ml/gal applied in a foliar spray/soil drench during the Enhanced Ripening Phase.

Apply once a week.


*DISCLAIMER: Upon delivery put the bottle(s) in a refrigerator overnight before opening it up. (the cold calms down the activity). When you first open a bottle of FFJ after shipping, be prepared to remove some foam with the included pipette and have a bowl nearby to catch any extra overflow.

    Replace cap with a 4 layer paper towel and rubber band so it can breathe. Store in a refrigerator or cool, dark area. Do not shake. 6+ month shelf life (most of mine keep over a year, some for years). Email with any questions.
